Since 1871 Turkish Pistachio Baklava is our signature baklava: paper-thin layers of filo pastry, crushed Antep pistachios and butter, baked fresh in Istanbul from the recipe we have used since 1871. Each pack holds 14 pieces (1.1 lb – 500 g); choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 packs for 14, 28, 42 or 56 pieces.
